All normal return/exchange policies written above apply to Halloween purchases with the addition of the following date restrictions. All orders placed before October 1st are eligible for normal 15 Day return policy. All orders placed after or on October 1st can be exchanged for a different size or item and after October 15 all sales are final. Any returns or exchanges sent to Lasting Desires for orders placed after October 1st will be refused and returned to sender. Orders Placed after October 31st – All costumes are subject to our normal return/exchange policies listed below. All costume shoe orders placed after or on October 1st and before October 31st are exchangeable for a different size or item in our store no refunds are given. _______________________________________________ CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY: All Christmas gift orders must be postmarked back to Lasting Desires within 1 week after Christmas day. The fastest way is to re-order what you want online and return your unused / unworn items for a refund. Please be sure that all tags are attached and your item is with all the packaging it came in. Exchanges and Returns take about 15 days to process and the items you want may sell out. Instead of exchanging an item we recommend you buy the correct item you want now, before it sells out and returning your unused / unworn items for a refund. We will gladly accept your returned items for a refund or exchange. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, due to health regulations , panties, thongs, g-strings are NOT returnable . All returns must have all tags attached, must be free of makeup and perfume and have the original packageing included with return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. All Leather items Shoe Return Policy PLEASE REMEMBER THAT SHOES BEGINING IN THE LETTERS "KS" WILL NOT BE SHIPPED FROM THE WAREHOUSE for 3-7 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF ORDER. We cannot deliver express shipping for these items. These shoes beginning in "KS" cannot be returned or exchanged. They are final sale items. These shoes are made to order and cannot be returned. All costume shoe orders placed after or on October 1st and before October 31st are final sales. 1) Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date. 2) Merchandise must be in original packaging without any marks, scuffs or signs that the shoe has been worn. 3) Shoes must be unused and in clean condition. 4) Lasting Desires reserves the right to refuse any returns depending on the circumstance. Lasting Desires has the final say in approving/denying the return claim. 5) Full Credit will be reimbursed to customer if return of goods is due to manufacturing defect. 6) No Credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering, or excessive wear. Standard Ground shipping is: United States Postal Service Priority Mail for United States delivery. Shipping and handling rates are $10.00 flat rate for orders under $100 and FREE for orders over $100 (inside the united states only).
