Standard Ground shipping is: United States Postal Service Priority Mail for United States delivery. Shipping and handling rates are $10.00 flat rate for orders under $100 and FREE for orders over $100 (inside the united states only). Please note that shipping can take anywhere from 5-7 days for delivery.

Delivery Confirmation is included in the cost of Shipping and Handling. Lasting Desires is not responsible for any package once it is delivered at the Post Office. Estimated Time of Delivery:

United States Postal Service Priority Mail(U.S. Customers only) 5-7 days from the date the package leaves, depending on mail volume once the order is processed within 1-2 business days. If you are ordering for Halloween, Christmas or Valentine's Day, Priority Mail may take longer due to these peak mailing holidays! Please order early to guarantee that your item gets delivered on time.

Express 1-3 day Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered WITHIN 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday if the order is placed before 1:00 pm PST.

Saturday Delivery: Orders placed on Friday that need to be delivered overnight Saturday must be marked for Saturday Delivery otherwise it will be delivered on Monday.

Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 1-2 BUSINESS days from receipt of your order. Every effort is made to ship your purchase as soon as possible. Please remember that we are closed on the weekends and your order will be processed on the following business day.

RETURNS


We will gladly accept your returned items for a refund or exchange. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date.
IF YOU HAVE A RETURN, YOU MUST GIVE LASTING DESIRES A CALL PRIOR TO SENDING BACK YOUR RETURN TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. IF YOU DO NOT CALL IN ADVANCE FOR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION YOU MAY NOT BE CREDITED BACK PROPERLY. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED FIRST AND THE REASON FOR THE RETURN GIVEN PRIOR TO SENDING BACK YOUR ITEMS.The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA # on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RETURNS.

Please note, due to health regulations and the law, panties, thongs, g-strings and swimwear are NOT returnable . All returns must have all tags attached, must be free of makeup and perfume and have the original packageing included with return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Shoe Return Policy

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT SHOES BEGINING IN THE LETTERS "KS" WILL NOT BE SHIPPED FROM THE WAREHOUSE for 3-7 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF ORDER. We cannot deliver express shipping for these items.



1) Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date.

2) Merchandise must be in original packaging without any marks, scuffs or signs that the shoe has been worn.

3) Shoes must be unused and in clean condition.

4) Lasting Desires reserves the right to refuse any returns depending on the circumstance. Lasting Desires has the final say in approving/denying the return claim.

5) Full Credit will be reimbursed to customer if return of goods is due to manufacturing defect.

6) No Credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering, or excessive wear. Lasting Desires. reserves the right for the final judgment in this situation.



Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used to purchase the item. If you paid by money order or other check method you will be refunded with a Lasting Desires Business check.
